The Back 40 Campground is a gated campground. Access into the campground requires a staff member to open the gate. You may LEAVE the campground at any time of the day or night. 

Campground entry gate closed from 10pm- 8am Friday and Saturday. (You may park in visitor parking and walk to camper)  

Campground entry gate closed from 9pm- 8am Sunday-Thursday. (You may park in visitor parking and walk to your camper)

 

All campsites at the Back 40 Campground have 30 amp electric with water

 

There is a dump station on site (Pump outs available Monday-Thursday $15 charge each instance with advanced notice)

 

Travel Trailers/5th Wheels/RV’s:

(30 amp electric/water)

$45.00/night (Base Price) (4% added to base price when using a credit card)

 

$50.00/night (Sites 55 and 56) These sites are considered overflow sites but can be utilized, weather dependent at owners discretion. (Small campers only)

 

$50.00/night (Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Weekend and Labor Day Weekend & Trick or Treat Weekend) with a one night nonrefundable deposit.

 

Weekly

$45/night, 7th night free = $270/week, max stay is two weeks ($540). 

 

Early Arrival 8am-1pm $5/per hour charge up to $25.00

Extended stay (the day you are to leave) $5/per hour up to $25.00

Cozy Cabin

100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable

SEASONAL CAMPING:

If you are interested in a seasonal campsite, an application needs to be completed and returned to the Back 40 Campground. Applications are reviewed annually for seasonal membership consideration.  Filling out an application does not guarantee a site, we do not maintain a waitlist. You may obtain an application by emailing us at back40camping@gmail.com. We retain applications for nine months. 

As a seasonal you may camp each weekend and two weeks each month. You are not permitted to live here all summer.

PETS: $2/day per dog (when camping or visiting)

Friendly Pets Only! All Pets must be ON LEASH and under the control of the handler and not left alone.

No continuous barking, and pick-up after Doggy Deposit is a must!

All Dogs/pets camping at the Back 40 Campground are required to have proof of updated vaccinations at time of registration. Dogs are NOT PERMITTED on the beach or swimming area. Dogs are NOT PERMITTED in the lodge, shower house or bathrooms. There is a designated area on the north side of the small pond for dogs only to swim. There is a 100’x50′ dog run for your dog to run and play.

 

LODGE RENTAL:

PETS are NOT Permitted in the lodge

No FRIDAY or SATURDAY Rentals

$200 /day from 11:00a-5pm (A $50 deposit is required)

$400/day Hours include 11:00am-9pm (A $50 deposit is required)

 

OUTDOOR SHELTER: 

$100/day includes guest passes for parties less than 50 people  

Golf Carts: $5/per day (We do not rent golf carts)

You may bring in your golf cart for the weekend, we charge the above amount per day. 

Insurance required must have a valid driver’s license to operate

UTV’s and ATV’s are not permitted in the campground.

eBikes are permitted but must follow the speed limit guidelines.
